Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

Write to us at support@takshii.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will arrange a pickup or share the next steps within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free for the first attempt, subject to availability.
